Product Introduction
Product Features: This rubber wear-resistant agent is scientifically formulated from a blend of multiple high-performance components. The core component, nano-sized carbon black, features uniformly fine particle size and a large specific surface area, enabling it to disperse uniformly within the rubber matrix. It forms strong physical cross-linking points with rubber molecules, significantly increasing cross-linking density and enhancing the rubber's wear resistance and tensile properties. The specially surface-treated white carbon black has high hydroxyl group activity and strong chemical bonding capability with rubber molecules, improving rubber's resistance to aging and heat, and constructing an efficient support network to resist wear. Combined with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) micropowder, which has an ultra-low friction coefficient and excellent self-lubricating properties, it forms a lubricating film on the rubber surface, reducing friction loss, filling micro-pore defects, and improving density.  

Application Advantages: In tire manufacturing, it significantly enhances tread wear resistance, reduces rolling resistance, extends service life, and improves safety performance; when used in industrial rubber conveyor belts, it enhances belt wear resistance and tear resistance, ensuring stable and efficient material conveyance; in sole production, it provides excellent wear resistance and anti-slip performance, enhancing wearing comfort and product quality. It is widely compatible with various rubber systems such as natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, and polybutadiene rubber, comprehensively optimizing the wear resistance of rubber products.
